Ricardo Schiavon

I am an observational astrophysicist. My goal is to understand how galaxies, and in particular our Galaxy, formed. I work by devising observations that put model predictions to test. I have extensive observational experience both at the telescope and as part of the formulation and execution of large surveys. I also teach Astrophysics at the undergraduate level, and advise work by graduate students and postdocs.
