Richard Kwaku Kumah

I am a PhD Candidate at the School of Environmental Studies, Queen's. I hold both BA and Mphil in the field of Development Studies. My professional career revolves around development planning and international development. My current research interests revolve around resource extraction and environmental justice. My PhD research is exploring the drivers of informality, and a high proliferation of foreign miners in Ghana's Artisanal and Small-scale Mining space, and the policy implications.
