Richard Woodward

Professor of Agricultural Economics, Texas A&M University

Richard Woodward is a professor in the Department of Agricultural Economics as Texas A&M. Dr. Woodward received a B.A. in Economics from Middlebury College and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Agricultural and Applied Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His research has spanned a range of topics in the field of environmental economics including the general issue of sustainability and choice under extreme uncertainty. Much of his recent work has focused on the design of market-based programs including applications in the areas of water quality, fisheries and environmental services.
