Rick Sullivan is a PhD candidate interested in "the future of work". Rick has a keen interest in the entanglement of people with technology emphasising the transformative impact digital technology and algorithmic systems in the workplace. His current research explores the platformitisation of the Australian home-based care sector to discover how technology is being used in highly interpersonal workplaces, and how the enactment of algorithmic technologies transforms care work and organisation.
