Senior Lecturer in Biomedical Sciences, University of Portsmouth
Robbie is currently a Senior Lecturer in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Portsmouth. He is passionate about the use of new technology to enhance education as well as being an active researcher. His research aims to characterise the molecular mechanisms that protect our DNA. In aid of this, he has worked in the UK at the Genome Damage and Stability Centre (University of Sussex) where he completed his PhD and in the USA at the UPMC Hillman Cancer Center (University of Pittsburgh) as a postdoctoral researcher.
