Robert is an experienced executive with a track record of research, innovation and achievement in financial literacy and consumer protection.

Robert led the creation of MoneySmart - one of the world's leading financial literacy websites. His vision and project implementation have helped consumers and investors to make smart financial decisions that improve their lives.

Since 1987, Robert has been active in consumer protection, especially to improve government policies and industry practices so consumers get a fair deal.

His work has covered diverse areas including public policy, law, social research, financial planning, consumer communication and evaluation. He has long experience in both community and government sectors.
