Robert J. Pidduck

Assistant Professor, Entrepreneurship & International Management, Old Dominion University

Rob is an Assistant Professor in the management department of the Strome College of Business, Old Dominion University. He is also the Director of the Hudgins Transitional Entrepreneurship Lab and serves as Associate Editor at the Journal of Small Business Management and Section Editor at the Journal of Business Venturing Insights. His research focuses on how and when intercultural and social dynamics influence entrepreneurs in initiating and managing new ventures. Prior to his academic career, he lived in Mainland China for several formative years and is fascinated with how culture permeates the way we think and behave.
