Sahanika Ratnayake

Postdoctoral research fellow, Universität Wien

I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Vienna, looking at how therapy came to be understood and evaluated as something akin to a medical intervention.

I hold a BA (Philosophy)/BSc (Molecular Genetics) from the University of Auckland and a M.Phil (Philosophy) from the University of Cambridge. My PhD project from the University of Cambridge was an extended critique of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy's theoretical account.
