Said Ajlouni

Dr Said Ajlouni is an AProf in the school of Agriculture and Food, FVAS at the Melbourne of Melbourne. His current teaching areas are food microbiology and advanced food analysis.

Said’s principle research interests are food safety and quality, Probiotics, and food antioxidants and functionality, with special emphasis on minimally processed foods.
