Associate professor & Principal Research Fellow, La Trobe University

I am a Human Geographer and have been working and researching as an academic in Australia, Singapore and South Korea for the past twenty years. My research focuses on migrant worker precarity and human trafficking. My current projects are focusing on the links between climate change and vulnerable labour migration in India and Bangladesh, health and injury of migrant workers, and return migration for trafficked and exploited migrants. I work mainly from critical feminist perspectives and strongly believe in scholar activism.
