Sandy Hershcovis

Sandy Hershcovis is the Future Fund Professor of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at the Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary in Canada. Her research focuses on equity diversity and inclusion, sexual harassment, and workplace mistreatment. She is particularly known for work on bystander intervention in workplace harassment. Prof. Hershcovis has provided expert testimony on workplace harassment before the Canadian House of Commons and Senate committees aimed to amend legislation and policy. Furthermore, she has testified as an expert witness on a number of legal cases (both civil and criminal) related to sexual, racial, and other forms of workplace harassment.
