Sandy Nofyanza is a PhD student at the Global Development Institute, University of Manchester. Previously, he was a researcher at the Center for International Forestry Research-World Agroforestry (CIFOR-ICRAF), a research assistant at Crawford School of Public Policy, the Australian National University, and Research Center for Climate Change, Universitas Indonesia. His research interests include ecological and political economics and climate adaptation and mitigation. He holds a master in environmental management and development (advanced) from the Australian National University and bachelor in economics from Universitas Padjadjaran.
