Sara Ullström

I am currently working as a PhD candidate in Sustainability Science at Lund University Centre for Sustainability Studies (LUCSUS). My research focuses on the growing "flight-free" or "staying on the ground" movement that was initiated in Sweden and has gained rising influence internationally. I am particularly interested in the ways in which this form of collective mobilisation around low-carbon ways of living challenges high-carbon norms and practices and enables social and cultural change.
