Sarah Fumei

Sarah works within Climateworks Centre' Sustainable Economies team, leading projects to support state and territory governments to take action on climate. She previously managed projects across a range of sectors at Climateworks, including energy, transport and net zero emissions precincts.

Prior to joining Climateworks, Sarah worked at the Climate Change Authority, contributing to the 2016 review of Australia’s climate policies, and at the Australian Department of the Environment. Sarah has also worked for the Victorian Department of Premier and Cabinet, providing strategic policy advice on industrial relations and the creative industries.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Ecology from the University of Melbourne.
