Sarah is a environmental social scientist and Adjunct Research Fellow at the ARC Centre of Excellence for Coral Reef Studies, James Cook University, Australia. Sarah's research is motivated to leverage social change and improve gender equality investments within environmental governance. Much of her empirical research has been conducted in the Pacific Islands region and published in journals including Nature Climate Change, World Development, Ambio and Earth System Governance. Sarah is open to new opportunities to continue her research and have greater impact in the areas of fisheries and coastal resource management, climate change, and food systems.
