Sarah von Schrader is the Assistant Director of Research at the Employment and Disability Institute at the ILR School, Cornell University. Her research focuses on employer practices related to employing people with disabilities and older workers. Her recent research includes examining employment discrimination charges filed under the American’s with Disabilities Act and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act as well as several survey projects focused on employer practices related. She has her doctorate in Educational Measurement and Statistics from the University of Iowa.
