SeriaShia J. Chatters

SeriaShia (Seria) Chatters, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor in the Counselor Education Program at The Pennsylvania State University, University Park. She is the Coordinator of the Clinical Mental Health Counseling in Schools and Communities Program, a certified school counselor, and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (FL). Her research investigates bias-based bullying and cyberbullying in secondary to post-secondary settings and the impact of marginalized group membership on individual bullying experiences.
