Shaun Fluker

I am an Associate Professor with the University of Calgary Faculty of Law. My research is primarily in the following areas: (1) public participation and transparency in resources and environmental decision-making; (2) the implementation of environmental norms with law; (3) public interest litigation; (4) the regulation of environmental markets. I have been a member of the Law Society of Alberta since 1996.
