Shawn Callahan

Shawn is the Founding Director of Anecdote, a firm that helps companies harness the natural power of stories to bring their strategies to life.

He spends much of his time running consulting engagements for clients like AXA, BHP Billiton, NAB, Department of Defence, Shell Oil, AstraZeneca, The Treasury, and IBM Australia. His main focus is on embedding values, translating vision statements into actions and helping strategies stick, all by putting stories to work.

He is a sought after speaker and workshop facilitator and has worked with clients around the world, most recently in Singapore, Malaysia and London. Shawn is part of the NAB Academy where he teaches storytelling for business leaders. He is an Honorary Research Fellow at Monash University.
