Dr. Sheela Pandey’s scholarship focuses on entrepreneurship, leadership and strategic management. Some of her recent research examines social entrepreneurs’ expectations from social accelerators and whether organizational form (for-profit or nonprofit) determines the level of financial support social enterprises are able to attract. She has published in the Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies, Nonprofit Management and Leadership, Public Administration Review, and International Public Management Journal.
Dr. Pandey teaches Principles of Management, International Business and Society, and Business Strategy at the undergraduate level. She has previously taught undergraduate and graduate courses in Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship and International Management.
