Simran Jeet Singh

Visiting Lecturer, Union Theological Seminary

Simran Jeet Singh is a visiting lecturer at Union Theological Seminary, where he teaches a course on Buddhist history once each academic year. He has taught Islamic Studies at Trinity University, and his research focuses on Guru Nanak, the founder of the Sikh tradition. Simran is the Executive Director for the Aspen Institute's Religion & Society Program and author of The Light We Give: How Sikh Wisdom Can Transform Your Life.
