I work at Bangor University in Wales as a postdoctoral researcher. I completed my PhD in 2020, which examine the influence of vitamin D, psychosocial factors and sleep on respiratory infection and mucosal immunity in sport and exercise science. My research interests include sport and exercise immunity, nutrition and physiology, as well as female physiology.
