Stephanie Hatzifilalithis earned her PhD in Social Gerontology at McMaster University and is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow with the McMaster Institute for Research on Aging. Stephanie has been awarded a SSHRC doctoral scholarship, Ontario Graduate/Queen Elizabeth II Graduate Scholarships in Science and Technology, and a Wilson Leadership Scholar Award. Her work has focused on intergenerational dynamics, co-housing, and ageism and brings an interdisciplinary lens to challenges facing aging populations with a BSc Hons in Psychology from the International Faculty of The University of Sheffield and a MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience from University College London, UK. Alongside Dr. Nicole Dalmer, her Postdoctoral work looks at how older people's digital landscapes are designed, experienced, and embodied.
