Stephanie Lamy is a lecturer in civil society organisations and human security as part of the Master 2 on Governance of International Relations at Sciences Po Toulouse. As a strategic communications consultant and civil rights advocate, she has crafted and organised aid initiatives in collaboration with human rights groups during the Libyan and Yemen conflicts in 2011. She was the Secretary-general of Internet without Borders from 2013 to 2016 and co-founded Danaïdes.org in 2017.

Her domain of expertise includes information warfare as well as feminist economics. She co-founded an advocacy group for women & children victims of economic abuse in 2012.
