Adjunct Professor of Organizational Studies, Schulich School of Business
Management and Leadership Educator

I am a Leadership Educator - my focus has been, and continues to be post secondary education, executive education and writing.

I have been working with individuals and organizations as a trusted advisor and educator in leadership skills, cognitive science, management, interpersonal communication, employee mental health, career development, and human resource management since 1998.

I am currently an Adjunct Professor of Organizational Studies at The Schulich School of Business, York University, teaching in the BBA, MBA, MMGT MMKT and MMAI Programs. I have been employed here since 2000. I cover topics in Organizational Behavior, Interpersonal Communication, Critical Thinking, Complex Problem Solving, Leadership Development and Human Resources.

Additionally, I am Senior Faculty at Schulich Executive Education, Schulich School of Business, York University. In this role I design and teach Executive Education programs in the areas of leadership and management, human resource management, and critical/creative thinking. I also spend considerable time writhing and developing educational and marketing content for my work in executive education.

I completed my Hons. BA (York University) , MA Psych (Wilfrid Laurier) and also completed all requirements but dissertation (ABD) (OISE - University of Toronto) in 1998.
