Steve Dudhill is a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in the NTU School of Architecture Design and the Built Environment. He has spent five years in local government, working with Kent County, Westminster City and Nottinghamshire County councils. He also spent five years in consultancy, with the firm Travers Morgan. He subsequently formed his own transport planning, highways and infrastructure consultancy business, before retiring to pursue interests in farming, forestry and woodland management returning to take up his post at Nottingham Trent University in 2015.

Steve has an honours degree in civil engineering and a PGDip (Forestry). He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Highways and Transportation, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
