Assistant Professor of History, University of Oregon

Steven Beda is an assistant professor of history at the University of Oregon. His research explores the history of the labor movements and environmental movements in the Pacific Northwest. His current book project is a history of labor unions and environmental conflicts in the Northwest timber industry. When not working on his book, Steve can most likely be found fishing for steelhead on anyone of the Northwest's rivers.
