Subothini Sara Selvendran

Sara is a Specialist Registrar in Dermatology. She graduated from Imperial College London with double distinction in Medicine and a BSc in Gastroenterology and Hepatology, before taking up an academic foundation role in Dermatopathology at the University of Southampton. Her research included the molecular immunological aspects of Dermatology focussing on skin cancer and nitric oxide. Sara is the junior doctor representative for the DermSchool Subcommittee, British Association of Dermatologists. She has an interest in teaching and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education from Cardiff University. She is currently a visiting researcher at the University of East Anglia.
