Susan Best is an art historian with expertise in critical theory and modern and contemporary art. Her most recent book is titled "It's not personal: Post 60s body art and performance" (Bloomsbury, forthcoming 2021). With Bianca Beetson she is currently working on a history of Indigenous art in South East Queensland called Balance and Beyond.
