My research interests revolve around individual, group, and organisational dynamics in the workplace to optimise organisational interventions and policies and identify solutions to improve the well-being and performance of organisations and their employees. I have a particular interest in presenteeism and intertwined theory with a special focus on its drivers, impacts and alleviators, using qualitative methodologies. I have published in Work Employment and Society .
I joined Liverpool John Moore's University and the Business School in 2018 as a lecturer in Human Resource Management and I am currently a Senior Lecturer in Executive Education within the School of Leadership and Organisational Development at LJMU.
