Taleen Lara Ashekian

Completed my Masters in Health Administration with a specialization in Healthcare Leadership. Currently a PhD candidate in the department of Health Sciences. There are a variety of topics within the healthcare field I have conducted research in over the past seven years such as emotional competence amongst adults, Telehealth, patient privacy/confidentiality, diversity within the workplace, and health care law and policies. Principles of ethical leadership is found throughout my work, and my everyday life as I continue to propose programs, approaches, and models to aid work efficiency within different health care communities.
