I am a coach, psychology academic, and consultant. I completed my PhD in Clinical and Organisational Psychology with research focusing on resilience and well-being in the workplace. In my coaching and consultancy work, I use evidence-based techniques to build employee well-being, improve performance, and enhance leadership within large organisations.
I am also a Research Fellow at the University of Queensland (UQ) in the School of Psychology. My research focuses on social identity interventions, leadership, wellbeing in the workplace, meaningful careers, ethical behaviour, mindfulness, and wellbeing interventions. I have a PhD and a Masters of Applied Positive Psychology.
