Theodore E. (Ted) Zorn

My masters and doctorate are in communication studies, particularly organisational communication. My research is focused mostly on change, both major planned changes within organisations (eg, implementing new IT systems) and societal changes (eg, demographics, technologies) that force businesses to adapt. I'm former Dean of Massey Business School, former Head of Massey Executive Development and former Chair of the PBRF Business & Economics Panel. I am a frequent contributor to the media on US politics.
