Thomas Britz

I am presently President of the Combinatorial Mathematics Society of Australasia, Editor of Parabola (parabola.unsw.edu.au) and member of UNSW Data Science Hub (uDASH). My main areas of expertise are discrete mathematics, network theory, and coding theory, with applications to big data in medicine, bioinformatics, criminology, ecology, electrochemistry, law, renewable energy and other areas. I consult for industry and welcome opportunities to solve tangible real-life problems. I enjoy teaching and use emotion, caring and technology to provide top-quality education and support for thousands of students.
