Tim Davies

Tim Davies is a researcher, facilitator and activist focussing on civic participation and open government. He is research coordinator for the Web Foundation's Exploring the Emerging Impacts of Open Data in Developing Countries research programme, and is director of Practical Participation, an independent consultancy focussing on civil engagement. His PhD work looks at the democratic impacts of open data.
