Tim Miller is an associate professor of computer science at School of Computing and Information Systems at the University of Melbourne. He holds a PhD in computer science from the University of Queensland. His research aims to create new artificial intelligence techniques that are more intuitive to people. Tim's research is at the intersection of artificial intelligence, interaction design, and cognitive science/psychology, with particular emphasise is on human-agent interaction and explainable AI.
