Tim Moonen

Dr Tim Moonen is an Honorary Lecturer at STEaPP, University College London, and Managing Director at The Business of Cities, an urban intelligence and policy group that works with more than 50 city governments and institutions worldwide each year.

For more than a decade Tim has worked and written for organisations such as the OECD, World Bank, United Cities and Local Governments, European Investment Bank and the Urban Land Institute, addressing questions of urban and metropolitan governance, leadership, development, investment and policy implementation. He is the co-author of the book World Cities and Nation States (2016, Wiley).
