Tina Moffat

I am a nutritional anthropologist and associate professor of anthropology at McMaster University who has been doing research for over two decades on the biocultural determinants of human nutrition and food security. I have worked in both Nepal and Canada on community-engaged food and nutrition projects. My latest book is Small Bites. Biocultural Dimensions of Children's Food and Nutrition (UBC Press, 2022)
