Dr Toendepi Shonhe is a political economist based at the Thabo Mbeki School of Public and International Affairs, UNISA. He holds a DPhil in Development Studies from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa and a master’s in public policy management from the University of Witwatersrand. His research interests are in agrarian transformation, accumulation, climate change, social differentiation and rural development.
