Dr Tom Baxter, BEc/LLB(Hons), LLM, PhD, FCSA, FCIS, is the corporate governance course coordinator and a lecturer at the University of Tasmania's School of Business and Economics. He previously worked as a lawyer: firstly in private practice; and then as a Legal Officer for the Australian Government's Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority.
