Toni is a leading educator and educational psychologist with expertise in student wellbeing, positive school communities and positive psychology. She is an Adjunct Professor at Australian Catholic University and is widely known in education as a co-author, with Helen McGrath, of many practical best selling teacher resource books including the award winning BOUNCE BACK! Wellbeing and Resilience Program, Eight Ways At Once (Books 1 & 2) on curriculum differentiation and a book on student engagement titled HITS and HOTS: Teaching +Thinking+ Social Skills. Her Australian Government projects include the 2011 revision of National Safe Schools Framework, the resources for the 2013 Safe Schools Hub and the Scoping Study on Student Wellbeing. She has a Carrick citation for her outstanding contributions to University teaching and is on the Advisory Boards of Wellbeing Australia, and the National Centre Against Bullying. She is also the only Australian and the only Educator invited to visit Bhutan in January 2013 and contribute to the United Nations/Bhutan New Development Paradigm.
