Associate Research Scientist, Ecological Modelling, Arthur Rylah Institute for Environmental Research

I received a PhD in Zoology from the University of Tasmania in 2013 with research assessing the ecosystem effects of Tasmanian devil decline. Prior to this I obtained my Masters in Conservation Biology from UNSW and Victoria University, NZ in 2005, and undergraduate degrees BSc and BCom from Otago University in 2004. After receiving my PhD I spent four years as a postdoctoral researcher at the Centre of Excellence for Biosecurity Risk Analysis at the University of Melbourne. My previous position was as Senior Scientist, Ecological Modelling at the Arthur Rylah Institute for Environmental Research, and I still maintain an associate research position there in addition to working as a Senior Scientist at the Ministry for Primary Industries in New Zealand.
