Uchenna Simeon

Uchenna Simeon is a lecturer in Political Science at Federal University of Lafia, Nigeria where he is saddled with the responsibilities for teaching and research, administration and community service. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Political Science and a Master of Science (MSc) in International Affairs and Diplomacy. Prior to his foray into the academia, he had worked in the banking sector and non-governmental organization. His areas of research interest include international affairs, security, defence and strategic studies, peace and conflict as well as migration. Professionally, he is affiliated to the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Administration and Collaborative Research Group on African Migration, Mobility and Displacement. He has to his credit, articles published in reputable international and local journals, chapters in book projects and conference attendance.
