Uta Hinrichs

Uta Hinrichs is a Research Fellow in SACHI. She received her PhD in Computer Science with a specialization in Computational Media Design from the University of Calgary in Canada where she worked at the InnoVis Group. Uta also holds a Diplom (equiv. to MSc) in Computational Visualistics from the University of Magdeburg in Germany.

Uta’s research interests include information visualization, interaction design, and qualitative research. Throughout her research she aims at combining approaches from computer science, social sciences, art, and design. Visit her personal webpage for more information about her research projects.
