Van-Hau Trieu

Van-Hau Trieu is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Information Systems and Business Analytics, Deakin Business School. Van-Hau is passionate about addressing significant challenges regarding the use of information systems, including issues of effective, responsible, and ethical use. Her research themes encompass two primary areas. The first focuses on what it takes to use information systems effectively to obtain their maximum benefit. The second focuses on how information systems can be used responsibly for the social good, such as for improving equality, social inclusion, or the well-being of individuals and communities.
