My research focuses on the role of the prosecutor, discretion and accountability in criminal justice, and miscarriages of justice. My edited volume with Philip Stenning, The Evolving Role of the Public Prosecutor, was published last year. I am a former prosecutor with the Ministry of the Attorney General of British Columbia, Criminal Justice Branch.
