Victoria Murphy

Dr Victoria Murphy is an ESRC postdoctoral fellow at the Open University's Faculty of Business and Law. Her research combines persectives from education and organisational studies to examine how high-risk industries learn from incidents. In addition to this specific area, she has a broad interest in technology supported communication, problem solving, and networking.
