Assistant Professor of Anthropology and Archaeology, University of Calgary

I earned my PhD in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Dartmouth College in 2016. I have served as a College Fellow (2016-2018) and Research Associate (2018-2020) at Harvard University. From 2018-2021 I was a Research Fellow at the Institute for Advanced Studies in Toulouse. My research focuses on the ecological roots of human behavioral and cultural evolution, with an emphasis on fieldwork among nonhuman primates and small-scale human societies.
