Vivienne Guan

Dr Vivienne Guan is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and an Associate Research Fellow at the University of Wollongong. Her doctoral research focused on habitual dietary intake data quality in clinical research settings for weight loss. She has expertise in dietary intake, dietary assessment, food composition and meal patterns. Her current research focuses on habitual dietary intake derivation and analyses, with a particular interest in data mining techniques to map food choices for the translation of dietary advice.
