Vladimir Rauta

Vladimir Rauta is an Associate Professor of International Security at the University of Reading. He researches conflict delegation to proxies in civil wars, and has published articles in International Security, International Studies Review, International Relations, Studies in Conflict & Terrorism, and the Cambridge Review of International Affairs. He is one of the co-editors of the Routledge Handbook of Proxy Wars
